During the last 3 years of testing, as well as after our special heat treatment tech, the piston and valve have obviously had better performance: from a 5% scratching problem reduced to 0.5%. ANTI - BLANKET FIRING
The piston moves back and forth and strikes by using hydraulic oil pressure and nitrogen gas. In case of blank firing, internal components such as the front head rod pin and through bolt can be damaged by striking internal components, and the lifespan of the product will be shortened due to repeated frictional heat and impact. The system consists of the chisel piston, low-pressure port, high-pressure port, control valve, nitrogen chamber, etc. When the piston is out of the normal strike position, the anti-blank-firing system is automatically opened, and the upper chamber of the piston is filled with high-pressure fluid.
